Pippa Rothwell

Personal Coach

A bit about Pippa…

Pippa’s main focus is to discover what the body can do with an emphasis on celebrating physical progress. She aims to empower clients with knowledge and support to feel comfortable and confident at the gym and everyday life.

Pippa has always had a passion for fitness and wellbeing, playing various team sports throughout school and representing her university playing hockey.

She has been on various journeys with fitness herself, and appreciates and emphasises that every client is different – but her goal is to find a sustainable and balanced attitude towards exercise and diet whilst also enjoying the process.

Pippa’s experience from her time working within a major fitness company as a platinum personal trainer is second to none, we are very proud to have her as part of the team at Number 6.
