A bit about Scott…

Scott has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, learning his trade mainly in London as well as Australia and Devon. Scott believes in creating a positive and sustainable mindset, through his fitness and nutrition expertise.

He loves to create a fun, efficient style of training to bring out the best in his clients.

Scott is all about believing in a healthy and balanced lifestyle and he is truly a wonderful example of the Number 6 ethos!

Q. What’s your best advice on how to keep a healthy mind and body?

To create healthy habit choices, and being consistent. Enjoying the ride and believing in yourself.

Q. Where is your favourite place to replenish balance and a clear head?

By enjoying the beautiful scenery the South West has to offer. And the occasional few beers watching the footy and rugby.

Q. Favourite exercise and why?

The Deadlift. It’s the king of exercises that helps create an all-around body development like no other exercise.

Q. What does exercise mean to you?

Exercise means everything to me. It frees the mind and creates freedom and creativity for all of us. I still stand by the belief that there is no better feeling then the feeling of a good workout.
