BOOKING SYSTEM
On 1 Dec 25 our booking system was updated to provide a better user experience. The key changes are as follows:
An improved dashboard is available using the link at the top of the website [all users].
- Bookings can be made from within the dashboard [all users].
- Winslade Park office tenants must now book meeting rooms from within the dashboard [office tenants only]
- There is a separate form for booking meetings with catering. Click the appropriate button on the website [non-office tenants only] and in the dashboard [all users].
- Users can change thier password from within the dashboard [all users]
Important: Authorised Winslade Park office tenants should only book meeting rooms when logged in to the dashboard (i.e. not using the links on the Meeting Room pages).
User accounts
Users can access the dashboard once they have either:
- Booked a meeting room or hot desk, or;
- Been added to the list of office tenants authorised to book meeting rooms for their business (i.e. a business that is a tenant at Winslade Park).
- Note:
Login Details
- Username. Either:
- the email used to book, or;
- the business email registered by your business.
- Password: as previously set.
- You can reset your password using the link on the login page (“Forgot your password?”)
Need to register?
If you are an office tenant at Winslade Park and need to register to use the office booking system please email concierge@winsladepark.com and they will add the details to the system. Please include your first name, last name and the email address to be registered.
Office Tenant – Admin Role
Office tenants can nominate one or more users to be given an “admin” role, allowing them to:
- Authorise additional team members to make bookings for their business.
- Request team members to be removed from the list of authorised users.
- Add and/or edit the directory listing for their business (displayed on the Directory page).
