1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
2. Payment
- Full payment must be made before the booking date unless otherwise agreed.
- Any outstanding balance must be settled before access to the field is granted.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made within the specified notice period of [notice period] may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this period may incur cancellation charges.
- Winslade Park reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsafe weather conditions, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered where possible.
4. Arrival and Departure
- Users must arrive and leave within their allocated booking times.
- Set-up and pack-down must be completed within the booked period.
- Overtime may result in additional charges.
5. Use of the Playing Field
- The field must only be used for the activity stated in the booking.
- Users must treat the playing surface, equipment, and facilities with care.
- Any equipment provided by the users must be removed immediately after the event.
- The field must not be altered or marked without prior approval.
6. Health and Safety
- Users participate at their own risk.
- The organiser is responsible for ensuring participants follow all safety instructions.
- Emergency access routes must always remain clear.
7. Supervision
- Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Coaches and organisers are responsible for the conduct and safety of their participants and spectators.
8. Behaviour
- Respectful behaviour is expected from all players, coaches, officials, and spectators.
- Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or violent behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Winslade Park reserves the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is unacceptable.
9. Damage and Liability
- The booking organiser is responsible for any damage caused during the booking.
- Repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence or misuse may be charged.
- Personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk. Winslade Park accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
10. Weather and Field Conditions
- Winslade Park may close the field if conditions are considered unsafe or if use could damage the playing surface.
- Decisions regarding field closures are final.
11. Alcohol, Smoking, and Illegal Substances
- Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas, if provided.
- Alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted for a licensed event.
12. Food
- No outside vendors are allowed on site unless prior consent from Winslade Park has been given.
13. Vehicles and Parking
- All vehicles must only be parked in the designated parking areas, i.e. the Visitors Parking area within the Purple Zone.
- Emergency access routes and entrances must not be obstructed.
14. Litter and Waste
- Users must leave the field and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
- All rubbish must be removed or placed in the bins provided.
15. Insurance
- Clubs, schools, or organisations should have appropriate public liability insurance.
- The venue may request proof of insurance before confirming a booking.
16. Compliance
- Users must comply with all Winslade Park rules, local laws, and safeguarding requirements where applicable.
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and may affect future booking requests.
17. Amendments
- Winslade Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all new bookings.
