Looking for a day of focussed work away from home? Then you need a hot desking membership! Our convenient ‘outskirts’ location makes us perfect for rural commuters and those looking to avoid city centre traffic. For just £20 a day (excl. VAT) users will benefit from a workstation, communal kitchen with teas and coffees, superfast Wi-Fi, preferential meeting room rates, on-site parking, and access to the wider park facilities. Ideal for those who like to escape from the house occasionally, a day pass allows users access to our hot desking area and communal spaces for a day of focussed work. Collect your door pass on arrival and work, distraction-free, from 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. You can book a single desk, or multiple and come along with your friends or colleagues.
On arrival, please park in the purple car park and proceed to the Winslade Manor reception. Here we will register your vehicle and provide you with your door access card. Once signed in, head on through to the dedicated co-working space on the first floor of Winslade House and choose any available desk in the hot desk zone. You can then get down to some productive, uninterrupted work, with plenty of complimentary tea and coffee on hand to keep you fuelled.
Enjoy your lunch from home in one of many communal kitchens or breakout spaces throughout the park. Alternatively, why not treat yourself to delicious freshly made food from The Forge food hall or the Winslade Manor restaurant? Then, once you have finished for the day, simply return your access card* to reception, and depart until next time!
*All unreturned cards will be deactivated for security purposes. Users will incur a £20 charge for unreturned access cards after 24 hours.
We operate with a keyless entry system, so users must carry their access card on them when leaving the hot desk zone to visit The Forge or use the bathroom etc. If you leave your access card at your desk by mistake, you should report to the concierge who can help you regain access.
We have a number of Zoom Rooms on site that are free to use for all tenants. These rooms are available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved.
Hot desks are available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved. As such, we can’t guarantee you will be able to use the same desk each visit. If you are looking for a dedicated desk space, complete with secure storage and postal services, we recommend co-working membership.
