Does Clyst House have any meeting rooms?

The Winslade Park meeting rooms are currently located in Winslade House, which is accessible by foot via a covered and illuminated footpath. Users of Brook and Clyst House will benefit from a 10% discount on meeting room hire as well as access to Zoom Rooms and breakout spaces across the site. Additional meeting rooms may become available in the future.

Is Clyst House accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, Clyst House has wide corridors and doorways that enable easy wheelchair manoeuvring, there is a DDA WC on all floors and there are also 2 8-person lifts located in the main reception.

Does Clyst House have lease hold offices available?

Yes, Clyst House has some of the largest floor plates on the site which are ideally suited to businesses looking for the stability and longevity of a long lease. Spaces will be completed to a Cat A standard ahead of you beginning your own fit out plans.
